This is a 5-star establishment serving the chef's creations with what is available locally. Here, you won't be served frozen pizza or boxed pasta. The hotel prides itself in hosting the #1 restaurant in Orford, and it looks like they'll be holding on to that title for a long time.

Very nice place with extremely helpful and kind service. However I just don’t see how people are saying this food is good. I’m sorry, I have an associates degree in culinary arts and have worked in many professional kitchen with very renowned French chefs. This food was just a mess of technique with no actual flavor. Technique is very good and the dishes look very appetizing but there is absolutely no depth or creativity when it comes to actually imparting flavor to the dish. Very disappointing I had to get fast food after haha. I’m sure they have had better items in the past maybe the chef stepped out their comfort zone a bit. I would go back because of the excellent service and great wine selection.

Nice place! Service a little uneven but overall positive. Table d'hôte and varied menu, relatively decent prices for the location and the quality of the products. Clearly an interest and passion in cooking.Magnificent cut on the tartare. But... Nuts and dried fruits? Very very strange variation.Big problems with seasoning in all the dishes too unfortunately.. Yet everything is well presented, clean and well assembled.. But no seasoning. Very strange!

Amazing , great food and service. I asked for a quiet area since my friend had hearing difficulties. They placed us in a separate area with no other clients and still gave us excellent service. We felt like we had a private area just for us. Amazing ! I will definitely be back with my girlfriend soon . Well done !

During our day in Estrie, I spotted this restaurant which is one of the rare ones to be open on Sunday lunchtime (and offer brunch!).So we decided to go to brunch, and it was a success!Already the service was very attentive and professional. The brunch option is really reasonable in price. We loved everything from start to finish. The fact that the pastries and the charcuterie/cheese plate are to be shared makes the brunch convivial. After that we have the choice of several succulent dishes. And finally, the dessert which although it was chocolate, could be eaten by itself! ?I really recommend this restaurant in Orford or if you are passing through Estrie.

Incredible top tier food for lunch or dinner. Patrick is excellent and the staff always very nice. Creative dish cooked like a Michelin restaurant!I took 1 star out for the breakfast only. There is only a pricey buffet option for $22 before tips and taxes. Unlike lunch or dinner, I am rarely craving anything at 7am; a toast and coffee is fine, but you can’t have a quick breakfast like that. I wish it was more affordable and less official for breakfast.Still, incredibly good place, I will be back fir sure!

Every bite left happy taste buds. Wine selection good, service very good. Our table had the cheese pasta dish, lobster/shrimp risotto, and the absolute best liver & onions I have ever had - all were delicious.

Food was okay, certainly not worth the price. Disappointing!

We had a pleasant time there. Nice wine list and good advice. We ate very well there, the dishes were plentiful and delicious. Small downside, it's dark. So much so that the wine list is provided in backlight. While investing in this type of device, increase the intensity of the lighting a little, we will also be able to see your beautiful plates correctly!

This is one of the best restaurants I've been to in the larger montreal trip area. I would recommend this restaurant and I am pretty picky. I went back on the second night of our stay, and that means a lot. The service was perfect and fast, the food was perfect, the hotel is excellent. Go here.

The Sommelier, Patrick, provided over the top service by providing excellent wine suggestions and options for the meal and even quickly & unceremoniously replaced an expensive corked bottle without hesitation.
