We stopped in after a hike and ordered 2 warm capicola emmental sandwiches. The homemade rolls were delicious and the owner was very welcoming! We got a baguette blanc, chocolate croissant, croissant buerre, and cheese to-go. Everything was fresh and delicious and would definitely recommend!
I stopped here to buy plans and to see if they had bacon and cheese bread. Unfortunately they did not but they offered to call the cook to see if he would make a special order and he said yes. I ordered 2 loaves and they would call night before they were ready.
Friday night they called to say they would be ready for Saturday morning
They did not disappoint the bread was wonderful. It was made on a Belgian base bread. Just the correct amount of cheese and bacon.
