I ordered a sandwich and asked to heat it up a bit. I see the attendant prick the sandwich with pliers and finally her fingers because it was sticking and leave the lettuce leaf on the counter. She argues with her colleagues and closes the sandwich for me after a moment that I found long. They serve it to me hot and soft. I don't think the surface was clean because my stomach hurts a lot two hours later. It's a pretty nice area and a nice store with lots of choices, but the employees lacked professionalism.

You have to try Markis bread. A killing with cheese

Very disappointed with my customer experience. Products are more and more expensive and the quality of products and services less and less good, even unacceptable given the prices. I find this establishment quite dishonest and the more I go there, the more it confirms what I unfortunately think...

Sunday workers are not welcoming, most speak stupidly and are on their phones. They are in the moonlight and are not in their business. The atmosphere is not welcoming at all.

It is one of my favourite place to try dessert and bread. I would suggest live bread in this store and then raisin hazelnut bread. These are my best. Desserts are good too. I tried the one in the photo, it is delicious but I expect more

I ordered 6 croissants… I get home and I see only 5 croissants… what the hell? Soooo disappointed. This place has been getting worse and drastically more expensive in the last 2 years. I go less and less. And every time I go, I’m disappointed. On top, how dare you ask for tip on counter service, starting at 15%? Double inflation, on price and tip…
