But it was the creative, lovingly prepared food that I won’t soon forget: charred radishes, rotisserie chicken slow-cooked on a vintage rotisserie oven and grilled octopus with patatas bravas that momentarily transported me to the Spanish coast. All presided over by Lindsay Brennan, one of the best natural wine sommeliers in town.”

“We stopped in on a weeknight after wandering around the Plateau and ended up staying almost two hours just chatting over coffee. My husband ordered the almond croissant and said it was flakier than half the ones we tried in Paris last year. The staff never rushed us out even as they started closing up around us, which we really appreciated. Cozy little spot, warm lighting, exactly the kind of place we look for when we are out sightseeing all day and just want to sit down for a bit.”

“Wonderful tea shop, you must stop here if you are in the area! The blends are all made in house, no additives or sugar added. The owner was so helpful and friendly, my sister and I loved having a chat with him! The prices are very reasonable as well, especially considering the quality of the product.

The food is seriously so good — packed with flavor, super satisfying, and always leaves me wanting to come back for more. At this point, Folfol has actually become part of my birthday tradition — I do takeout from them every year, which probably tells you everything you need to know. I’ve tried pretty much the whole menu, and honestly, it’s all been excellent. It’s not easy to find a place that stays this consistently good across so many dishes, but Folfol really delivers. Highly recommend. One of my favorite takeout spots, for sure.”

“Not helpful. Went in person three days prior to place an order for Mother’s Day. I was told that I could not order in advance, and that they stopped taking advance orders. Meanwhile the site states that I can. The person in charge told me that the site was removed. Meanwhile, the site is still there and customers were picking up their orders on Sunday morning.”
