The air is heavy, it even smells dirty everywhere, cockroaches are running around, I found hair in the coffee, this cafe should be closed, there is unsanitary conditions everywhere and the staff is rude!!

I recently visited Café Van Houtte at 1001 Bernard Ave, Montreal, Quebec H2V 1T9, and wow, what an incredibly cool place! ✨ The barista was absolutely superb – so friendly, caring, and truly professional. I was incredibly impressed with the service; it was 1000% perfect! It's rare to experience such genuine hospitality. 😊💖 They have a wide variety of pastries, so there's definitely something for everyone to choose from, from muffins to cookies and croissants. 🥐🍪🧁 The coffee itself is invigorating, vibrant, and delicious, exactly what I look for in a great cup. ☕ The interior, typical for these kinds of coffee shops, is small but very interesting. You can really tell that the staff takes great care of their workplace; it feels well-maintained and inviting. 🛋️🪴 There's definitely a super special something about this place, and I think it's the outstanding service and their unique approach to customer care. They truly made my day! Thank you for the great mood, you guys are awesome! I highly recommend Café Van Houtte. 👍

Bad place, and I don't recommend it! The gentleman at the cash register is not courteous. I came home for a coffee and croissants and I asked where the toilets were before ordering, he flat out told me that I couldn't have access to the toilets without ordering!

I love Van Houtte coffee, in my opinion, this coffee is poorly known, the Starbucks of this world surely overshadow the Van Houtte coffee chain but it's a shame, because the.cafe van Houtte offers a varied selection of coffee, fresh juices, milk shakes etc...
