classic spot with decent ice cream.
The ice cream was icy, it had popsicle consistency, for the price I expected better.
Honestly 3.5
It isnt like I used to remember when i lived in the area, it didnt look appetizing, sampled the sorbet did not like it
The bric brac was good though but not sure if id go back perso the vibe was kinda meh
Great location with a lot of flavors of ice cream and sorbets. In summer the street is closed for cars so you can go there with kids and enjoy the weather
you guys are good, but the #CORNETREGULIER is too small ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ #makeCornetGreatAgain
How unfortunate that Le Bilboquet is nothing like it used to be when we were young. The maple toffee ice cream—which used to be out of this world—has sadly lost its magic. It used to have huge, satisfying chunks of toffee, but now it’s just syrup, and there’s barely any to speak of. To add to the disappointment, the decor inside has changed drastically—it feels cold and uninviting, a far cry from the cozy charm it once had. Truly a letdown for those of us who grew up loving this place.

Very nice discovery of one of the best ice cream parlors in Montreal. The team is great and the service is fast.

Lemon ice cream/gelato was lumpy, bland, and had to pay for the cup. I purchased pistacchio ice cream containers and was very disappointed. It has an awful aftertaste (almond extract like) that overpowered the pistacchio flavor. Very expensive and overrated.

I miss milk chocolate ice cream. it was the best most unique flavor ever and i’ve never had any ice cream that compared. dreaming about it since you discontinued it when I was a kid. it’s time for a revival! pleaaaasee!
It hurts me to say this because I have been going to this Bilboquet for over 30 years and have so many childhood memories when I was obsessed with the unmatched flavor quality, BUT THEIR FREEZER IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY = ICY ICE CHUNKS SEPARATED MELTY DISAPPOINTING EVERY SINGLE TIME. Please wake up I want to love it again !
Delicious ice cream, my favorite is a mix of rum raisin and choco chic
