Honestly, this might be the best smoked meat I’ve had in Montréal. It blows the competition out of the water. This is exactly what a real smoked meat sandwich should taste like — tender, juicy and full of flavour.
The staff were great too. Super friendly, energetic, and you can tell they actually enjoy what they do. I’ll definitely be going back.

Not impressed. I read such good reviews. The meat was almost soggy, but not from fat as it should have been, ordered a medium fat, but I got lean and it seemed waterlogged. Still prefer Snowdon. And I'd wait in line at Swartz before coming back here.

My friend brought me to Lester’s this weekend . It has a very nostalgic feel of an old school deli . Tried as much food as I could squeeze into my mouth . The pickles , coleslaw and smoked meat poutine were all delicious . I would highly suggest a visit but make sure you’re really hungry because the portions are pretty filling .
