Good spot coffee and pastries. Very nice people.
The best croissant in town. Must visit!
Excellent St Honoré. Service courtois.
A charming and elegant pastry shop offering both indoor and outdoor seating. The raspberry tart was absolutely delightful 💯, and the Americano was equally enjoyable. Special thanks to Eggie for the warm and friendly service — it truly made the visit even better.
The most delicious croissants in Montreal! Just like real French croissants – always fresh, with magical, flaky dough that melts in your mouth.
Amazing patisserie!!! Blows my mind is only 4.2. Excellent service and delicious cakes and food.
The quality of pastries has declined recently. We always went to Paltoquet for our croissants and chocoloatines before but something has changed, they are no longer among the best in Montreal like before…

When I arrived in Montreal, Paltoquet was a place that several people recommended to me! From now on, I will be the one to recommend this address!
Here, you are always welcomed by smiling, dynamic, pleasant staff who listen to you!
It’s the ideal place to come and have a coffee, meet up with friends, eat a meal…and many more!
The products offered are of very good quality, prepared with love and truly delicious (special mentions for the quiche Lorraine and the tomato/goat cheese puff pastry😋)
Don’t hesitate to go there, you won’t be disappointed!😊

I liked this place since it's near my house.
However, I just paid $5 for a croissant. It wasn't even fresh that day. Very average.

For a pastry shop in Montreal where they specialize in pastries, this shop’s pastries wasn’t even good by non-Montreal standards.

The food is fabulous! Too expensive yes, for the quantity, but fabulous! It melts in your mouth! But the boss?? Or lala! As they say in good Quebecois: ''She doesn't have it right'' Their ordering system is rubbish, the girls behind the counter don't know how to proceed logically, like ok I order, put my food in a bag and make me pay right away. They take your order, take another and don't remember what goes to who. And after all this confusion, would you believe that the boss would give you a little smile? Mmm no, in your dreams the big one!

What I wrote previously:
Come on! Five stars!
I think these are the best croissants I've tasted in Montreal. Small, crispy, pretty, a little chunky but with a good croissant...buttery taste. Don't change anything, I will come back expecting the same product every time. Everything is appetizing and the service is efficient and pleasant.
Bravo and thank you for your honest and rigorous approach; It's a change from the small, trendy businesses that charge a lot for their puffy and boring pastries.
Yum!
Today June 16, 2024:
Product change = customer change.
Croissants purchased today are simply not worth the detour; I can find this type of product (ordinary and without butter taste) near me. However, prices have not been revised downwards. It is still a decent product BUT I will spend my money elsewhere. Damage...
Best place in Outremont. I will never forget this place
