Always fresh and delicious

I went to Joro Sushi for the first time tonight and I must say, they are the kindest most welcoming people. I ordered a 20 piece combo and the sushi was absolutely delicious! I definitely give them 5 stars!

the reason why i put 3 for service is for the waiting time. took a long time till we received the food, about 30-40 minutes, but wow. food was beyond great.

I place my order and then 3 young women came after me and they asked me if it was okay for me to wait while they complete their order before mine. No respect for their customers and with a fake smile. Don't waste your money in this place. There are many BETTER attitude and service.

I had originally left a negative review after a disappointing phone interaction while placing a party order — the tone felt dismissive, even though I was being polite. I’ve always loved Joro Sushi and recommended it to so many people, so I was genuinely upset at the time.

To my surprise (and appreciation), the owner personally called me to apologize. That kind of follow-up shows real care and accountability, and it absolutely changed how I felt about the experience.

The food at Joro has always been outstanding — some of the best sushi in the West Island — and I’m really glad to see the customer service being taken seriously too. I’ll definitely be back.
