Was seated and unspoken to.
Waited 25 minutes and didn't get served coffee or water.
Not a single waitress looked our way.
We got up and left.

The staff was very kind and attentive. Our server was especially accommodating and allowed me to customize my dish. The food is always delicious, and they honestly have the best potatoes. Thank you!

Excellent breakfast stop.

We are still waiting for our food and it’s now been 1h. We have 2 kids and It’s Father’s Day, they should be ready for such a busy day.
The waitress never came to see us to ask if we wanted more coffee or to let us know when our plates would come…
A lot of items were also missing in our plates.
We’ll have never go back there and don’t recommend it.

Always the same story ... never enough waitress , you will wait 30 minutes before you can pay your bill.

Don't go on holidays , the resturant is full and ONE waitress is serving.

Went there this morning,2 adults 4 kids. We were told we would have to wait at least an hour because we had no reservation. When I pointed out there were 3 unused tables side-by-side, we were told they don't move tables. We went somewhere else and I'll never go back. The owner can thank his employees for losing us.

There were maybe 4 tables including ours when I passed, I would have thought that the wait would not be too long... however my dishes took around 45 minutes to arrive, the food was lukewarm. In addition we had to wait another 30 minutes to get the bill because our waitress was very rarely on the floor. When we managed to get her attention, she came back with the bill and no machine and took another 10 minutes to bring it to us. Very disappointed.

Love the poêlés here. They are my go-to!
The ambiance is nice, never too loud in the restaurant.

Servers can at times get very busy but they’re always super kind & nice to you.

Food was good, service too, except for when it was time to pay. I was paying with cash and the server asked me if I needed change, of course I did because I am not about to leave a 75% tip. When she went to get change she proceeds to ask me how much??? What? And then she stood there waiting for me to put the tip down. Unacceptable. I understand that she is young, but they should be taught to give all of the change, thank the customer and walk away. P.S. her tip would have been better if she did.

I just wanted to say we had a lovely experience. Rose was absolutely amazing. Food was excellent, service was the perfect mix of fun, good and quick. Great all around experience.

This is supposed to be French toast with Nutella on it…. I’ll let the picture speak for itself. Tried to give Ben & Florentine another chance but this is terrible. Never again.

Sunday morning, 8 a.m. Not many people, but a long time before the coffees we ordered were brought back to us when we arrived, 15 minutes. Another 10 before taking our orders and an additional 25. to have our plates!! Food was missing from the majority of plates: potatoes, baked beans, etc. Added strawberries to banana pancakes, they don't put bananas!! And we still charge extra for the strawberries!! We were only offered coffee again as we were leaving. Everything was cold!! Except the food they brought back to us, the ones that were missing at the beginning... very disappointing. Especially since it really wasn't busy at that time.
