the employees are super nice, especially the one in a red shirt with glasses, the recent review seems exagerated since they never acted like this every time i went there.
We came in with a large group (20+) and the manager (Melody?) and her staff including (Grayson?) were AMAZING. They provided excellent service and excellent sandwiches. Some in the group said it was the best Subway sandwich they'd had in years! I hope management recognizes their efforts.
