The club is not good: cold meat, barely any lettuce and bacon. I paid for an extra poutine and it wasn't there. I called them to complain and they left me on hold for 10 minutes to finally after me a 3.50 gift certificate.
Terrible customer service and bad food. Stay away!

The short black girl was very rude to me. Showed no respect for me waiting so long for my order and even provoked me for my impatience. She obviously wasn't taught manners . Saying sorry sir for the delay I will try to speed it up. But no instead she has the nerve to say relax . Then I got annoyed and she says oh please don't get so impatient. What? Instead of calming and reassuring me she provokes and take everything personal. Fire her cause I'm never coming back and wonder how many others she does too. Clearly she has issues.

Never order from Benny and co Pincourt! Placed an order for more than $100, they forgot a portion of the order. Called to rectify the order, the young girl said she would send the rest, however after waiting another 40, we called back said it would be another 20 min! So we went to get it ourselves. This same situation happened 3 yrs ago, didn’t order for 2 yrs thinking things have changed, I was a fool to think so. From now on ordering from Saint- Hubert BBQ!!!!

Disappointing experience. We ordered 6 meals, one was with a poutine. We didn’t get the poutine. We called, we were told someone would come deliver the poutine. No one ever came. Paid for something we never received. Overall frustrating, someone should double check orders to avoid this altogether and if a mistake is made, an effort should be made to rectify it.
Ordered on line at 13h17 for pickup at 6h00. Arrived at 6h00 and order wasn't ready until 6h15...time is precious that's why you have an online service.

I ordered at the Pincourt location today i presented a $2.00 coupons i was given on my last visit and it was refused telling me it was no longer any good…..there was no date on this coupon I tried to explain it to the nice girl but nothing could be done.Benny should have an expiry date printed on their coupons like chalet Swiss or st Hubert….a very upset customer….ps mail coupons have an expiry date. the one given when you pick up your order does not

This square headed girl that works at the Benny and co saw a man with some problems and said eww very loud when she saw him and the man was visible upset by this this type of behaviour is unacceptable I think there should be repercussions for her actions me and my family will no longer eat at this establishment WE NEED TO DO BETTER PEOPLE!!!!

Kids running the place . I suggest the owner spend more time as they will drive your business down, including shutting it down as there are dirty workers putting their hands in the food including their friends who seem to be lingering around !!!
