I have been coming to your restaurant since you opened
Today was the worst service I ever had
Waited 5 minutes for the cashier
Then I paid my order at 12.02pm and I got my order at 12.21pm
Not acceptable

Been passing by the drive-thru a couple mornings recently, always great and speedy service! Staff is well trained and is more than open to customize your order for you (e.g. I've been getting a 1/2 french vanilla with a 1/2 hot chocolate). Keep up the good work !
we waited 30 minutes for a wrap, the people were really rude too
