The staff ignored us for at least 5 minutes even though there were 5 people including small children behind the counter. There were no donuts or timbits at 3:30 p.m. We broke camp pretty quickly.

This is the worst customer service ever. The Tim Hortons are in dire straits these days but we've been to the one in Lévis on Rte Président-Kennedy twice. Twice only 3 or 4 customers are present at the same time as us and the time to receive our order exceeds 30 minutes. The second time they gave us part of the order, waited 10 minutes to finally tell us that the last item was gone. He talks a lot and doesn't care about customer service. If you want to get really fucked up, this is the right place! I give 1 star because the 3 other customers who were there at the same time as us were all of the same opinion, seeing their faces! No recommend!

Being able to put 0 I would. We show up at the drive-thru. We wait about 15 minutes. The cars before us are leaving. We wait for our order to be taken...silence, nothing is said to us. So I call to make sure it's open. The girl responds, I'm alone with someone who doesn't speak French, so you'll have to wait some more because I have another order. In total 4 cars left with 20 to 25 minutes of waiting.

Long service inside but fast at the wheel…. Staff to re-evaluate in terms of mood... the lady with the sandwich who becomes aggressive when having to place orders... and I believe that communication can be done between employees in another way than shouting at each other.
