This new fresh look is a grand improvement from the old pastali but as for staff and service there has been a huge set back.
For the size of the dining area the restaurant is understaffed and what seems to be inexperiencely staffed at that.
I was a regular patron to Pastali in years past and the vibe is not the same and seems the familiar knowledgable and experienced staff have been replaced.

Restaurant Pastali offers excellent food and service for lunch, even with a small team. The atmosphere is calm, especially on weekday mornings. Note that truckers also use the free overnight parking in the back lot. The restaurant has excellent and friendly staff, with professional service. There is ample parking and it is wheelchair accessible, being all on one level. They offer a gluten-free menu, and the chicken salad is highly recommended. The young trainee server is also very kind.
