My wife and I went, she had the chicken club wrap, she loved it. I had the Philly Poutin, it was delicious and the portion for regular was more than enough for 1 person.

Today 3:25 p.m. no one in the restaurant yet the waitress does not take our order she leaves us to fend for ourselves at the terminal… she waits…. The menu is incomprehensible! Dear …. We take 2 children's menus (does not offer fountain drinks, just juices) and 1 poutine and 1 fries to arrange...$50! And suggests putting in a tip!!? Any tips for the saleswoman who doesn't do anything and eats at the counter at the same time? The meal arrives… half-cooked fries in poutine. Children's hamburger steaks are rice pancakes that are so thin that they're like lace! The "cook" comes out... it's dirty he's not wearing a hair net or a beard net... saying that at the same time we find a hair (of beard) at the bottom of the children's menu tray! It's bad, it's expensive, the hygiene leaves something to be desired and what's more, the saleswoman is not pleasant.... We won't set foot there again

I am beyond disappointed I really tried to love Billy K's and ordered from there 3-4 times. I had instructions on my order to have 1 burger no cheese and another burger without lettuce and I got a burger with cheese and lettuce.... on top of it our fries from the poutine were under cooked literally raw. My boyfriend and I were sick all night due to this. I called to speak to someone about my concerns and was told someone would call me later at night or the next morning and no one has contacted me, not writing this review to be mean but simply a health concern. Will no longer be ordering from here unfortunately ?

Billyk's burger and service is A1, exceptional service by the lady at the cash , she's very kind and friendly, the food Is not to be missed, amazing, clean and the best burger in town, I give it 5 star and 10/10 even the kids love it. ?
