Got 3 burgers (Billy, swiss, and spicy crispy chicken) and a Cajun fries. All three burgers were good, I especially liked the Billy. The very disappointing part of the meal was the misleading pictures and prices. The Cajun costs the same as a big fry and on the picture had the same amount, but in real life the Cajun looks like a small fry with sauce.

Great service today from the employee at the cash. She was kind and helpful when I mentioned my egg allergies. She suggested it was safer for me to remove the sauce from my order. The restaurant was clean as well as our table. Order came after about 10 mins and it was a lot of food. We were so full from a chicken wrap, hotdogs and poutine. I liked this place as it was convenient to get a quick bite. All the patrons were friendly and said by to the cashier as they left. Great experience and price point was reasonable for lunch.

One of the most incredible Billy K locations I have ever been too. I have gone with 8 kids( my own kids plus their friends) in tow and each time our food came fast perfect, incredibly tasty and as always the owner who is such a kind and caring individual with staff that is JUST as incredible came met with us and spent time with us. Making us feel like we were valued clients! This place just keeps offering exceptional service and care.

Usually go here for their 2 for $ deals. Their buffalo chicken wrap is very tasty. Although their prices did go up, I still find it to be worth the $. However the only disappointing thing is that they remove their chicken burgers from that deal. That was what made me first try their location and it was 5 star.

We got their bello poutine and it was sooooo goood!! we also got the 2 hamburgers for $13 and it was solid! The price was decent for the amount of food! 9/10 would definitely come back to try their other food!

I’ve ordered from Billy K multiple times and have always loved the food. However, when I placed an order through Uber that was completely wrong and now Uber has apparently cracked down on their refund policy for wrong orders (according to them the order was “right”) I called Billy K 2 times and both times the employee on the phone seemed sympathetic (they told me they put the wrong receipt on the wrong bag so was a restaurant mistake not the Uber driver)and said they would call me back with a solution and never called. So as a general overview, the food is always great but I would recommend going in person and not ordering on Uber/3rd party apps as you will have no customer service if something goes wrong with your order!

Billy K’s hosted our musical group yesterday and is our new place for the yearly tradition of a late night meal after our Friday night productions. We had a blast! As a group of over 50 people with the restaurants small size we were unsure how it would work out - but it ended up being the best experience. The food was amazing, we were served quickly and efficiently! Overall we had a surreal experience with Billy K’s. Thank you again for a night like no other!
The good: Food was really good, probably the best « fast food burger » I’ve ever had . And I’ve had some good burgers. Will definitely be coming back . The bad: music was soo loud. And cashier wasn’t really welcoming.
