40 Westt offers an excellent dining experience with attentive staff and delicious food like filet mignon with chimmichuri. The ambiance is great with live jazz music. The only hiccup was a bit of noise, but overall, it's a wonderful choice for special occasions. A small improvement in service and adding high-quality sourdough bread to the basket would make it outstanding.
