Ordered the Southwest steak and avocado bowl 2 days in a row. First day I was told cheese was not included as per the "boss". Showed the employee the website description and the picture on their menu clearly showing cheese!The next day I'm given a bowl only 3/4 full despite requesting veggies and lettuce multiple times (come on Subway the bowls are more expensive than sandwiches with no bread, the last thing you want is to be stingy on salad!). Online it said it closed at 9:30. Sign on the door said it closed at 9:30. Showed up at 9:00 and it was closed. Close at 9:00 if you want, but please have it written somewhere so we don’t waste our time.

The staff were fairly friendly, however the food was not great. All of the stuff, especially the lettuce looked old. While I was there they had to replace the emptied lettuce with a new one, however that one looked old and on the verge of going bad as well.
