Worst pizza ever, I ordered Gigi Pizza (Steak Pizza) and Lasagna. I was pretty sure I'd have a terrible experience after seeing their Facebook reels, but every time someone asked for good pizza in the west island on their page, people suggested Gigi Pizza, so I was curious to try it once. They're only 5 minutes from my house, and I finally went today. The atmosphere was amazing, nice people worked there, and the service was good. I thought I'd made a mistake by not trying their pizza since I lived in Pointe-Claire, until the pizza was in front of me with the lasagna. Poor cheese quality, less than 5 pieces of bell peppers, and steak that tasted like nothing. You just chew something called beef without any taste. But the lasagna was just okay, with the same cheese taste but good meat sauce. In the end, I'm pretty sure people can make a mistake even when they already know the result. For me, Focolaio still has the best pizza in Montreal and the whole area. Don't go there if you have good taste and know what good pizza is.

Went with my wife and ordered 1 medium all dressed pizza and steak sub
I asked for the pizza well done
The pizza wasn’t well done and full of mushrooms it was really bad
The steak sub was very tough not lean
I’ve always had a great experience but this was awful

Yes it is pricey but you're paying for top quality Greek-style pizza.

It's really thick and and tasty. Old school pizza. I love it.

I usually go to Gigi’s for the pizza but today I decided to try the steak and mushroom sub. What an absolute disappointment!!! My sub was packed with mushrooms and lettuce and 2 tiny pieces of steak. $25!!! If you can’t afford to put steak on your subs don’t offer it!! I would rather pay $30 with uber for a steak hoagie from Bossa then ever eat here again! They should be embarrassed. Customer lost!!

The pizza is good, albeit relatively pricey for what it is - $50 for a large deluxe (all dressed + bacon and onion) and a can of coke.

1/5 due to disappointing service, took >15 minutes for our presence to even be acknowledged, at which time we were then greeted with an unfriendly “did you decide yet?” - quite rude.

Another >20 minutes to get our order with drinks served in cheap paper cups, they never once returned to check on us.

Worst lasagna in town ..it got no meat 👎

All right they started delivery again. Thank God you know this pizza here. You just got to go back to to one of those types of pizzas that you need to go back to every once in awhile. It is that good? You do pay a lot. It's very expensive but it's very good so I would suggest going there. We'll try it out. They're on the Lakeshore right next to where the old pioneer used to be. It's worth the trip. You could take aut. 20 and get off at Cartier road and u turn right(West) and you'll see it there not far on your left. Once you turned right at the end of the road on the Lakeshore everything is good but definitely their pizza is their best item. Subs are not that full. Not much meat in them but the pizzas are really great so go try it out. Don't hesitate just order it or go get it but it's worth it. Stop procrastinating, go now, you're hungry. Someone you know is hungry so invite them to go with you could eat there can take it out and you can order in... what more can you ask for?

DO NOT ORDER lasagna with meat sauce. I don't think I've eaten anything so bad. Let me rephrase that, Lasagna with meat sauce is on my top 3 worst meals of all time. Over cooked noodles with a meat sauce, not sure if it was from a can. Well a canned sauce may have been better. What I should have ordered was Baked Lasagna. Who knew, I sure didn't. Never in my 67 years have I ever seen anything like this. If you think Im exaggerating. Order it Im sure your head will snap back just like mine. This isn't Lasagna, it's Lasagna noodle thrown on a plate with bad red meat sauce. Boy oh boy.

If Gigi's Pizza has been voted the best in Montreal, I can wholeheartedly confirm that the title is well-deserved—the pizza here is absolutely no joke. It was fantastic, with perfect crust and incredible flavor. I certainly agree that this is top-tier pizza.

Beyond the food, the service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, attentive, and incredibly accommodating, especially to our family. We really appreciated how welcoming and patient they were with our toddler, which made the dining experience enjoyable and stress-free.

Gigi's delivers on both phenomenal food and great hospitality. Highly, highly recommended!

My son ordered two fries, they looked good and the texture was great. The only problem was the taste, it kind of tasted like they might need to change their french fry oil. That’s never happened before in my experience.
