Unfortunate that I feel the need to leave this review for a local business, but I feel like it accurately reflects the experience I had. Went with my sister today and the lady working the counter had very little knowledge of the products they were selling. She was unable to answer simple questions about the desserts and needed to consult with her coworker about the drink options. I go to pay and the tip options are 18% and higher. That was kind of a turn off. Tipping is for service...

Their food is delicious! Their cheesecakes amazing! Love their ccokies, scones, croissants, coffee and sandwiches as well!! The owners are delightful, kind and always helpful. I recommend this quaint, cozy cafe to anyone who wants to walk away wanting more!!! 😊
