Extremely disappointed, went yesterday to get some food via drive thru and got an extra box of fries to bring home for dinner tonight and found a piece of steel in one of the fries..
over the years we have always enjoyed the food from this store, but this last meal was a very big disappointment. The chicken pieces especially the legs looked like they were mangled. Also the pieces were over cooked like they were reheated a couple of times, and completely over battered.

Errors in order which was annoying because it was pick up and couldn't be fixed that night. After a call to the 1800 number the manager called me back the next day and rectified the problem. Merci Steve. So in short, problems but that happens, here the manager fixed the problem. What more can I ask for?
