Good fast service and well done and respected orders. Smiling and respectful staff! Only downside: the opening hours are sometimes imprecise and changing… We arrived at 8:15 p.m., on a Tuesday. We are told that they are closed even though their closing time indicates 9 p.m.… I am aware of the problem of the lack of manpower, but there also seems to be a lack of communication.
The reason for the 3 stars:Positive point: the employees are able to make the order as requested, despite the waiting time due to the lack of employees, they have a very good service timeNegative Point (and hence the drop in my rating) Instead of returning to the work floor on the weekend, the owner decided to withdraw money from the tip of these employees since the cash registers do not balance, and she said that "it's not for me to find the problem"These weekend...
Love to go there on weekend mornings to get breakfast sandwiches (bagels are great!) and donuts. Coffee is nice too! Their smoothies are also very popular with my kids during summer! Drive-through is great for on-the-go snack stops. Service is not always excellent, but it is never horrible either (very quick every time!).
