“Tuesday morning, decided on stacked in Renfrew. I ordered the clubhouse sandwich with french fries and the french fries were really hot I actually had to wait for them to cool down. Seasoned chicken and ham and bacon and it was fantastic and I would say different if it wasn't.. I had to take half of the I had to take half of the sandwich home because I could not finish it all. My wife ordered eggs benedict with peamale bacon and the pealmale bacon was the same price as just regular bacon so why not... She's got onions on top of the potatoes and again that was really hot but she had to wait for it to cool down and could not finish one of the egg Bennett that pieces and they served two only, so you will probably be bringing one home. Amanda was our waitress and was fantastic in every aspect and very polite and always smiling . First time here and we definitely will be coming back”

“I purchased a rib eye steak on Thursday along with a couple of twice baked potatoes. Honestly it was the best pan fried steak I can remember having. I’m really happy this store is here. I’ll admit the steak was a little expensive but it was well worth it! Everything from the quality of the product to the service is top drawer.”

“This business scores high on my rating system. The staff is highly attentive to clients. Verbal communication is quick but also lenient to clients who are not conversant with the ordering protocols or may have hearing problems. When client load is down, staff are actively cleaning tables, replenishing food trays etc. Food freshness is clearly evident, starting with fresh buns. Staff are inter-relating and engaged in their tasks. Customers know that they can drop in here and leave within five minutes with their food. This is a properly run business that hums with the right vibes!”

“I wanted to compliment the staff at this location. The cashier, whose name I unfortunately didn’t get, was the most pleasant cashier I have been served by in years. She was so friendly, and was so caring with the other staff who seemed to be learning.

The service was fast despite it being busy and the food was the best I’ve had at Tim’s in ages, very fresh and well prepared. Usually the chicken noodle soup is 90% water but this soup was packed with noodles and even had real pulled chicken chunks. The coffee was also fresh and tasty.

The staff treated each other with respect and genuinely seemed to be helping each other and treating each other with kindness. The updated space also looked awesome. This was a standout experience and I hope the staff are recognized for their work and positive attitudes.”

“We were there at around 1:30pm today. We were quickly served and with a smile and had the best quality McD's food we've had in awhile - especially compared to the Ottawa area stores. The fries were actually hot and salted the right amount. Good job! I hope they get you to train the other locations!”
