Pizzeria Parquet has several locations and a very diverse menu including salads, burgers, sandwiches, and putines, but apparently this particular location has the best pizza according to our friends who live in the area. And they were right! Absolutely yummy pizza, generous amounts of cheese and toppings, and fantastic chewy crust! Their gluten free crust is top notch as well. Canada seems to be doing a better job with gluten free pizza crust than the USA. Just sayin'. Really nice place, lots of beers, full bar, big parking lot, great service. Forgot to take a picture when the food arrived. Take home box pictured. 🤪

We go there often, we are from Trois Rivieres and it is always a great pleasure to go and eat our special packet pizza and the staff is super polite and courteous, it is our favorite place to eat pizza

I am very disappointed, I ordered and paid for extra bacon. When I got home, I noticed that the bacon had been forgotten. So I am offered an $8 credit on the next order which shows that they have no consideration for their valuable customers. They should have given me the next free pizza to make up for their mistake. But no, I would have had to drive 20 minutes to get the pizza I paid for.
