My sister had a very good minestrone soup and I had the Caesar salad and both very good. I then had spaghetti and meat balls which I thoroughly enjoyed. “What an incredible surprise! My wife and I went to this restaurant with a friend tonight and it was our first time visiting. We were immediately greeted by our waiter who seemed extremely proud of the restaurant and its food. He asked if this was our first visit and when we told him it was, he took some serious time to explain the menu and he promised in no uncertain terms that we were in for a serious food experience. To be honest, I wondered if the food could possibly live up to the descriptions we were getting but I must tell you, every single dish was absolutely outstanding. We started with a Caesar salad and gravlax. When the host says the spices are unique, believe when I say they are not filling around. Absolutely the best Caesar I’ve ever had. Our main courses were equally delightful! The meat, the pasta, and the vegetables were done perfectly and each dish was creative in its execution. The desserts were equally amazing and we all agreed that this is without any hesitation, the best restaurant experience we’ve had in Saint Sauveur (and we’ve had many many great experiences) in as long as we can remember. My only regret is that I did not get to say hello to the chef but my wife did. We will be back very soon and look forward to another amazing experience!“

Almost all restaurants in St-Jérôme close between 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. Château St-Jérôme is open until 10:30 p.m.We ordered chicken fried rice and fisn and chips. The portions are generous.
