I love going down there! I make the detour of ste sophie to go there for the bubble tea!! I got addicted I love it! But I had a question. Sometimes the tapioca is soft, sometimes hard, sometimes it's sweet (I always take the original) sometimes it's not, sometimes it's lukewarm hot, sometimes super cold. Is there a recipe to follow?
