This branch does not understand the point of online ordering it is insane!

I ordered online through the app for pickup. I saw my name on the screen for about 15 mins. I asked if I missed my name being called out. Apparently they haven't started making my order! They wanted me to come announce that in there before they start on the order(that was already paid for). They wanted me to lineup, announce I'm there to pickup my app order before they start working on it. What is the point of ordering on the app then????????? Make that make sense.

It's a good lunch spot inside the Terminal (especially when your flight becomes delayed smh). and I was surprised with the bilingual cashier.

It breaks my heart to post a negative review. But sometimes it is necessary.

The staff is overwhelmed. The service is OK, a little unpleasant (little enthusiasm) depending on the employee serving you. We feel the stress and their exhaustion and unfortunately it is also felt in the food.

Food at the airport is already expensive, but this makes the experience all the more unpleasant. The cold “stringy” cheddar cheese poutine meh. Did you reheat it in the microwave? 🤔 Toronto or French culinary experience in terms of poutine: disappointing.

It seems to me that it was not the same as in other A&Ws where the cheese is curd and squeak scouic. There is 3x too much sauce and the fries are too soft. In short, don't eat poutine here.

The buddy burger: ok, a little too much sauce and steak too thin.

I would not comment on the waiting time all the explanations are in my second paragraph.

J'ai voyagé via YQB la semaine dernière, en solo avec mon 3 ans et demi. Ayant expérimenté un autre aéroport avec un enfant, je peux dire que le service offert par YQB est WOW à tous les niveaux. Toutes les personnes à toutes les étapes m'ont facilité le processus sans jamais me faire sentir que c'était trop long, leur sourire et leur attitude ont rendu mon passage vraiment très agréable.

Large on-screen menu indicates small coffee 99¢. After ordering I'm told not to post attention to screen but rather too makeshift sign in counter indicating 2.29$, it's just that sign is "impossible to change". Come on!
