Getting our order was complicated. There were 2 people at the counter. Sebastien D. took the orders, handed them out and at one point her even went to the kitchen to prepare burgers. The person working with him at the counter was useless, sorry. He was on fire!
Tables needed cleaning.

This branch does not understand the point of online ordering it is insane!

I ordered online through the app for pickup. I saw my name on the screen for about 15 mins. I asked if I missed my name being called out. Apparently they haven't started making my order! They wanted me to come announce that in there before they start on the order(that was already paid for). They wanted me to lineup, announce I'm there to pickup my app order before they start working on it. What is the point of ordering on the app then????????? Make that make sense.

It's a good lunch spot inside the Terminal (especially when your flight becomes delayed smh). and I was surprised with the bilingual cashier.
