J’ai commandé sur le boul. Hamel et pour une raison que j’ignore, la commande s’est rendue à Lévis. La nourriture est arrivée froide bien que le burger était quand même excellent, c’était un peu décevant quand ça fait 1h que t’attend ta nourriture. J’avais aussi commandé frites patates douces et j’ai reçu des frites normales. Goût 10/10 service 1/10

Cold service, cold hamburger, medium fries. The only thing hot was my rootbeer. A&W in Vanier to absolutely avoid. It’s lucky that the A&W of St-Jean Chrysostome is there! Next time, it will be the McDonald's across the street

Despite telling Google that the place is open until 3am, at 11pm I headed to the AeW by driving 25 minutes and it was closed! It's a lack of respect.
We came home and everything was dirty table floor and the toilet had just been cleaned 10 minutes ago and there was paper everywhere. We didn't take the chance to eat because it was so dirty.

The place isn't super new, but it does the job. The food is good, it's OK. On the other hand, the service is not great. The drive-thru service and online orders are great, but the people in the restaurant have very slow service. I waited at least 15 minutes before being able to give my order and there was no one in front of me... I was alone waiting in front of the cash registers. However, there were plenty of employees putting together delivery and collection orders. It seems like they are afraid of the people in front of them. After finally placing my order I went to the bathroom to wash my hands. Coming back I waited almost 10 minutes for my takeaway order which had already been ready for a long time and which was finally waiting in front of the stove cooling in a bag. I had to ask an employee if it was my order when I saw people arriving after me receiving their order. Let's just say I'm going to think about returning this particular A&W
