The servers are rude. Alexa was harsh and all servers seemed to be in a rush and did not wait for us to complete the order as requested. Serving was super slow. The manager was super rude! He was blunt and said we are 5 staff only and you all come together for breakfast it's not our fault.
The tables around us came after us, were served on time and we were left waiting to be served. The toast served was burnt and just shoved in our faces.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay and Delicious Breakfast at Le 330 Restaurant!
I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus City Center with my coworkers during a business trip, and it was an all-around excellent experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it an ideal choice for our trip.
On the last morning of our stay, I decided to have breakfast at the hotel's Le 330 Restaurant, and I’m so glad I did! I ordered the ham and cheese omelet, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked, fluffy, and generously filled with savory ham and melted cheese. It was a fantastic way to start the day and fuel up before a busy schedule.
The restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere, with attentive service and a good selection of breakfast options. While I only had time to visit once during my stay, it was definitely a highlight, and I’d recommend trying it out if you’re staying at the hotel.
I would happily stay at the Best Western Plus City Center again, whether for business or leisure, and I wouldn’t miss the chance to enjoy another meal at Le 330 Restaurant!

Very disappointed, slow service, I asked for a decaf and I had to remind him, 2 forks were missing and I had to remind him. Small quantity for the price, frozen lunch potatoes he could make homemade potatoes no. Last time at this restaurant ☝️

My wife and I recently stayed at the Best Western and thoroughly enjoyed eating there in the mornings and 2 times for dinner. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our waiters were Marie-Pier, Cynthia and 2 other gentlemen. All were professional and helpful. Thanks for making our stay a great one.

My last visit to my usual restaurant for lunch was anything but pleasant. First, I noticed the absence of my usual server, which set a strange tone from the start. After being assigned to my table, I had to wait 15 minutes before a waitress showed up to take my order.
To top it all off, the suite person spoke to me in English, while I was in Quebec, which is rather disconcerting. When I finally finished my meal, the bill was handed to me while my plate was still on the table. As soon as the plate was cleared, the payment terminal arrived as if by magic, almost at the same time.
Frankly, this experience was so disappointing that I'm thinking of taking a few months of settling down before coming back.

A great restaurant, very well received by Timothée, our server for the evening who was very pleasant, helpful and passionate about his job.A good discovery of mixology cocktails which were explained from A to Z for creation with an excellent knowledge of the menu!I recommend

Enjoyed the breakfast! Eat there 3 times, Great food! Renault who is the host there was VERY RUDE TO US! When We said hello to Renault he simply glared at us and repeatedly said "Patience, patience, patience " What's your order? We tried saying good morning to him but he just blankly looked at us and said next? We waited for 20mins. at least before being told "Patience, patience, patience, once again " The restaurant was half filled before we were addressed. A total of 45mins. we waited? There was no reason for this! Renault was rude to a woman who had asked why the long wait? He threw his arms around saying "Patience, patience, patience, Patience, patience, patience " ?If you can't take the heat in the kitchen then get out!

The cheese-ham omelette was dry and lacked flavour. Sausage is the standard breakfast one but wasn’t even close to being juicy/moist. If you enjoy animal foods, you want to skip this place.

This is not your typical breakfast Buffet at the best Western. This is a sit down and order one item from the menu. Anything else is extra. Service is terrible. We never did get our water. food was OK but definitely stay away from the crops. They were terrible. So hard I could barely cut them.
