We ate here during vacation. This was the best plant-based sushi I’ve ever had. The flavor combos were creative and everything we tried was excellent. My favorite was the Émeraude roll which had pesto - sounds strange but so yummy. The brownie for dessert was also delicious. The atmosphere is bright, modern, fresh, and chill. Good service. It’s out in a more residential/less touristy neighborhood but street parking was easy. Worth the trip.

We got the 24 sushi platter and every roll was SO GOOD. We particularly loved the butternut roll and the beet roll. My mouth is still salivating when I think about it. We don’t live anywhere remotely close but hope we can visit again sometime!

Quiet Monday night in the off season for our anniversary dinner, it was lovely. We opted for the omakase deluxe for two people. Our favourite was the aubergine sushi and the konjac salmon sushi. The miso soup has tofu, seaweed and mushrooms, all very tasty and not overly salty. Our server was very sweet but struggled with introducing the sushi types in English (she was fluent in French). Luckily we had the menu to refer back to. Thank you for a great experience ?
