Combining restaurant, bar, and micro-brewery since its beginnings, the Lille brand 3 Brasseurs is thriving...we were in the neighborhood, discussing where to dine in... The area was not crowded (weekday could be the reason), so we crossed each restaurant and decided to dine here. Lots of seating places. A good restaurant to go to for lunch or a casual dinner when you go shopping, or to have a beer. We got a table, settled down, and ordered. * Beer mug- house brewed, good taste! * Spicy chicken- my sandwich was good, with lots of fries * Beer Battered Fish- it was one big fish, covered in oil and a thick layer of battered... I did not think it would be this good They have a brewery on the location, and you can see the process. nice ambiance, cool vibe, it fast food kind of place. I enjoyed my time here.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this locally sourced brew pub in Quebec City! Our server was so friendly and also informative about the history of the restaurant and how the beer is brewed right on the premises. We enjoyed our meals here and my husband enjoyed one of the beers so much he bought a few more to take with us! We told the server that this place would be very well received in Vancouver, BC where we are from!
We were on our Canadian Adventure which started in Toronto and ended up in Quebec. Along the way we had found Les Trois Brasseurs in Ottawa and Montreal, so were pleased to find another one in Quebec. We stopped in for a drink as a reward for all the walking we had done that day. All of the staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful - even though it was a busy lunchtime for them. They were happy to chat to us when we sat at the bar in between serving. This time we only had a drink and had hoped to return another day to have something to eat, particularly as they had just changed their menu. Sadly we didn't manage to but still enjoyed our short visit.
Ordered via Uber Eats during the pandemic and it ended up being one very expensive burger and fries! Menu options were good. Order arrived correctly. Sadly, the food was on the cool side. Pretty sure an in-person meal would’ve been more worth it!
I am usually a huge fan of "Les 3 Brasseurs" but this time I was really disappointed by the food. I wanted to try different from my usual poutine, so went for the Santa fee salad that looked amazing from the picture and description... my expectations were crushed! It's a 17$ bowl of iceberg salad with 3 tiny pieces of chicken, 5 black beans and 4 pieces of tomatoes. The dressing is good though... at least!
I was also happy with the Amber beer. I love the stout so much but unfortunately it is seasonal-I will have to wait for it to come around again.
The food was fine but not great . but the waiter was reaching us to collect his money quickly and endup taking 25% for his Tips. Also she overcharged by a drink of $7 and did explain the desert deal on lunch menu, we did endup paying $8 inside of $2. the waiter show us a bill $74 then requesting the rest to be my tip then run away with it and took the receipt with her. I will be more careful dealing with waiters in Canada next time.
we expected what we got, a cute, lively terrace and a good beer with decent food. this place has an amazing patio and it made the meal as we ate under the awning while it rained outside. The beer was good and our food was pretty good too. the waitress was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our time here.
This was recommended by our hotel concierge. We stopped in for lunch. The beer was pretty good but we each only saw one we wanted to try. Lunch was good; bar food. The flat bread I ordered was pretty upscale compared to what I expected. Much more flatbread than pizza. My husband and daughter both ordered the cheeseburger. Her from the kid menu. Hers was the same size as his & she ate the whole thing. This is not really a destination but swing in if its on your way.
This is a restaurant where I go on a fairly regular basis, maybe 4 to 6 times a year as the location, the parking, the opening hours... and a very decent menu make it nice and convenient. As much as I like their Flame, sometimes I want a change so I am also used to their pork hock, and their cassoulet. Yesterday, I went with a friend that got tempted by one of the burgers and enjoyed it. On my part, I first choose a pork to be told a few minutes later that they had ran out of it. Fine that happens, so I went for a cassoulet that I remembered from the last couple times I had it as being properly prepared, and even if not really like the one we eat at home, it is normally good. The one I had yesterday seemed to have been extented with water, and boiled rapidely. The beans where undercooked and floating in a watery juice similar to a light tomato soup, the duck had no taste, no skin and seemed on the other hands like having been boiled in water for hours. The only things that made a little bit of sens where the sausages as they can withstand being boiled... I don't know who prepared that batch or if it was picked up from the dishwashing area, but I am not tempted to ever have that dish again at Les Trois Brasseurs. I didn't want to make any fuss about it as I was with company and she seemed to enjoy her dish, but normally I would have returned the plate. The positive note is that we finished with a "apple flame küche" that was very good and excellent coffees. Also, the waitress that I have had at my table previously was great and very professional. I am sorry to have to give only a 3 to this place, but irregularity in quality of the preparation of food cannot be excused, at least not at that point.

well just to grab a quick lunch it was ok,I guess.seemed kind of greasy though but overall it was ok.
What a nice pub with a great terrasse. Right in the middle of everything. The service was very nice and quick, the beer and sangria where perfect and I ate the chicken nachos and the were perfect.
Service was efficient and pleasant, waldorf salad and melon and prosciutto salad were good, atmosphere was pleasant. Nothing special (except the beers) but serviceable if you're in the neighborhood.
Food was good, staff competent and friendly. A good selection of beer. When it started raining, the umbrellas on the terrace kept us dry. Then the wind picked up, everyone piled into the (indoor) bar to finish eating/drinking. Overall a good time. The food was good, but this is NOT a gourmet restaurant . If you are looking for fancy Quebec food, try another restaurant along the street.
This was a chain restaurant located in a busy restaurant/touristy area. We were there on a Wednesday night around 10 pm. It was moderately busy in terms of the kind of volume I think they must receive during dinner hours & weekends (I based my assumption off of the amount of potential seating both indoors & outdoors). It took a really long time for someone to come greet us & take our drink orders and then a really long time for the drinks to arrive and a long time to get the bill. (I base my definition of a long time off the fact that I'm a waitress at a brewery & also in comparison to the other breweries that we visited while in Quebec City & Montreal.) The food actually came pretty quickly. As the hostess seated us, there was a pile of crumbs on the table from previous guests, and she just used her hand to sweep them onto the ground, so we know the table wasn't wiped between seatings. We ordered the pretzel as our app and the poutine pizza as our dinner. They both came out at the same time. It would've been nice to have them served at different times b/c we were at a small table and also so we could relax/spend more time hanging out/stretch out the length of our meal. We don't normally do chain restaurants, but we were super hungry and were curious to see what they had to offer since they're a brewery. Neither of the beers that we had stand out at all to me, so I can't remember exactly what they were (IPA & the feature, maybe). I would assume that eating here compares to like a TGIF or Applebees in regards to food quality. Our waiter wasn't the type to be overly friendly like the other brewery staff we encountered while in Canada.
