For several years I have bought Bagelwiches every 2 weeks, and they are delicious. Over the past 2 months or so, I noticed that they were less well cut, thinner at one end and containing empty spaces as if there were air bubbles inside; What happened? I wonder if I won't change my menu.

I have been a regular at this place but the quality if the bagels have gone down. The last 2 times I went there the bagels feel like they didnt raise enough and the inside texture is not the same anymore. I am not sure I am going back again.

Got the Chef Frankie everything bagel in Metro which is so goooood. I recommend re-heat it in your oven for ~10 minutes to get a crispier texture

a minute agoI buy Chef Frankie's bagels at the grocery store. A few years ago I was impressed with the taste and quality. Recently the quality has gone downhill and they taste weird and no longer resemble anything close to a Montreal bagel. They are small and seem to be made very quickly and are no longer the shape of a bagel. I will not be buying their products again.

Last two times i bought your bagles in my local IGA there was crunchy sand like material in the the sesame seeds. Bagles are also smaller.
The maple bagels are amazing! Next time I'm in that eres I'll check out the rest of the products. Had a hard time getting the bagels at Metro. Had to reserve them.Got two dozen, want more!
