The guy was all alone at 7 p.m. but he had a smile it's not his fault but he's short of staff it's a real shame waited more than 45 minutes to get 2 pogo

We call to order and we get put on hold for too long!! We hang up, we try to call back and it doesn't answer!! ORDINARY !!

We ordered two Korean pogos with dumplings and 1 mochi donut at 5:09 p.m., at 6:00 p.m. we still had not received our order. 4 groups ordered after us and received their order, ate it and left before we received ours. Yet they had ordered almost the same thing. When I finally received my order, it didn't have the right Korean pogos, they were cold, the employee told us to keep it and that he would make the ones we had ordered again, we finally left without the donut, since the people who ordered after us emptied the display by taking dozens and without our order since we had already been waiting for an hour and a half. ** note that this is not the fault of the employees, they did their best considering the traffic and the lack of employees, I would rather place the blame on the employer who should put more employees in the kitchen, especially on a Saturday evening during spring break.**

Worst experience in a restaurant! Yesterday at 5:57 p.m. on March 8, me and my partner saw the employees forgetting people who had ordered, he was laughing on the other side of the counter that he was so mixed up! Instead of laughing, do your job! We ordered 2 pogos, it took 35 minutes and other people had ordered after us and received their orders before us, in short you have a lot of work to do

Just visited this place, and I have to say, it’s such a great spot for simple yet delicious Korean fast food! The food itself is an easy 10/10, but what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service—an easy 1000/10! A special shoutout to Mighty, who was incredibly kind and attentive. Despite the language barrier, he took the time to carefully explain the menu and how the ramen works, making sure we had the best experience. To top it all off, he even surprised us with a free cinnamon donut (because it's almost closing, and I hope the owner is ok with it 😊❤️). Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we’ll definitely be back!
