The menu is quite limited, especially as I don’t care for red meat or shrimp. We tried the venison and veal and really didn’t like either of them. View was spectacular. I would recommend going there for a cocktail and go to one of the amazing restaurants nearby on Cartier St.

Similar to food you would get for free on an airplane. Very slow service and the server was ignoring us for the first hour of the night. Wouldn’t recommend. Nice view though

Great restaurant. Gastronomic, but not stingy in the portions, just what is needed. In addition, the dishes are healthy and balanced. There is something for everyone. I don't give 5/5 for the cuisine, because in my experience, everything was very good, but one of the dishes was not advanced enough in terms of taste. The service was top notch. Very warm and respectful waiters, but not intrusive, which is essential for having a good time. The view is superb and it took 1h30 to completely go around. Cleanliness is also very good. We paid around $25 for a starter, $45 for a main course and between $8 and $12 for an alcoholic drink such as a cocktail. We will definitely return, it’s an address to have in your diary for special moments.

Second time we come, the first time was in January 2023, then today. Each time it was a beautiful experience, culinary and visual with the panoramic view throughout the meal. The service is courteous and warm, the dishes are delicious and balanced. A must-see if you are in Quebec City!

Terrific, magnificent... Thank you to the whole team for a wonderful time. We came on Sunday for my girlfriend's birthday, for an excellent brunch. Thanks to Cédric for his kindness and his flawless service, thanks to the kitchen team and congratulations for the salmon, the duck confit crepe...a delight. Thanks to the bar team, the cocktails are delicious and refreshing. For sure, we'll be back soon.
The Le Ciel de Québec restaurant offers a unique gastronomic experience thanks to its exceptional panoramic view which rotates slowly, allowing you to admire the city from all its angles. The menu is refined, with a great emphasis on local products, and the service is attentive and warm. However, some dishes could gain in originality or intensity of flavors to match the visual experience. Despite this small downside, it is an ideal address for a romantic evening or a special occasion. A memorable experience that deserves a 4-star rating!

Perfect evening! The food is simply delicious, the best creme brulee I've ever had!!! The waitress was very warm and kind. You can actually hear yourself when you speak. The changing views over the night city lights adds to the already amazing experience. Well worth the price!!!!!!!!
