“Having worked in the Laurier center for over a year, I eat here for most of my breaks (3 to 4 times/week). There hasn't been a time when I haven't been delighted with the customer service! The employees are friendly and very welcoming, the service is fast, the quality/price ratio is excellent.
I highly recommend this place, they will add a little sunshine to your days!“

“Normandin in Fleur de Lys was the first Normandin I ever visited over 15 years ago, and it’s still a go-to spot. Whether for a quick bite, breakfast, or their pizza, it never disappoints. The place is always clean and welcoming with great hospitality. I haven’t tried their frozen food yet, but I’m sure it’s just as good.“

“Take-out familiale pour faire un coup vite sur la route. Un petit oublie a été fait lorsqu'ils nous ont remis la commande. Il manquait deux items pour les enfants (poutine et pogo). Nous les avons appelé et ils nous ont livré le tout où nous étions rendu chaud et sans frais. Un erreur arrive vite mais la réparation a été parfaite. C'était excellent!“

“Nous somme pas arriver que deja on se fait dire nous fermons dans une heure gens presser de nous servir car il son presser de partir et la nouriture mon sous marin etais tout croche comme si sa avais ete pitcher un enfant de 5 ans aurait mieu fait les employer presser de finir leur chiffre rit texte en arriere des comptoir sa parait sur le service et la qualite de la nouriture tres decevant et pratiquement rien dans leur sous marins pas de condiment sec“

“The service was fantastic. She knew to serve us in english just by hearing us talk when we were walking in, gave us an english menu. We ordered spaghetti and pizza it was nothing super special about the spaghetti and pizza was decent, thin crust not super greasy. Was a little to thin for my liking but portions were fair for the price.“

“Seriously, I didn’t think there could be such a big difference between restaurants in the same chain! This one is clearly at the top of the list for service! People are welcoming and smiling! The food arrives hot and not overcooked! The room being smaller than the one we went to before means that the atmosphere is much calmer, people speak less loudly. Very nice restaurant!“
