Went here for some personal celebrations with my best friend and we had an amazing experience. The ambience, food, and service were excellent. The portion was incredibly reasonable, compared to other high-end restaurants like this. I had the best carrot cake in my life - the winner of the meal.

We attended La Planque last night and the entire experience was incredible. As tourists we were recommended La Planque in aim to find some the best food and stay away from the tourist traps. This exceeded all of our expectations. Our waitress was polite, knowledgeable, and attentive, pointing out menu highlights for us which did not disappoint. Every item we ordered was absolutely phenomenal. The scallops in particular were divine, as well as the beef and fish dishes. I would recommend this place to anyone making a trip to Quebec City. We will be returning the next time we are in town!

There were 6 of us yesterday who went to eat at this establishment and everything was perfect. It was so good and what can we say about our waitress Marie-Claude who was solid!! Everything was there, explanations of the menu, impeccable service, in short, we missed nothing!!! So many more laughs with her!!! Excellent evening on all counts!!! I recommend this magnificent and pleasant restaurant!!!

Had a great experience at this restaurant for my birthday. We took the blind sharing deal (an amazing deal) and it helped us discover the talents of the kitchen staff. Food was amazing, wine as well and the service was A1. Quick, super nice and felt at home. Highly recommend.

There were 4 of us and we ordered several different dishes (starters, main courses and desserts): everything was either too salty, overcooked or of little interest. In addition, few dishes on the menu and not enough vegetarian options.
Only the carrot cake satisfied us. Another positive point: the large selection of wines.
For a restaurant that aims to be gourmet, it is not up to par and there is no real search for taste associations.
The setting is not particularly exceptional, at least the service was correct.
