got a concussion here but it's the best boba i've ever had!!! i went twice in one day, and the first cashier was the sweetest asian man who helped us figure out how to order here and he made our drink deliciously!! the second man was a young teenage looking boy who gave us decent service considering it was a rush, and he also made us out drink deliciously!!! i will definitely come back <3

Price isn't too bad for a large plus topping.The fruit tea is very sweet and syrupy. Can't really taste the tea flavour. The milk tea is good - you can make some really interesting flavour combinations. The flavour tubes are really sweet already so you really don't need to add extra sugar. That also means you can't really make drinks that are not sweet. Ice level is fixed too.The service is really good here - it was my first time at a Labothery and they gave some helpful recommendations at the counter.

The boss is not super professional, he fired an employee in front of everyone without really giving a reason, it was still awkward and embarrassing on their part, it's disrespectful to the employees and the customers in my opinion...

I love the experience, the teas and other drinks are super good!
It was my first time at this place, but it was not my first bubble tea. I explicitly asked the employee to explain the operation to me. He only repeated to me what was already indicated on the posters. I still ordered, but I did not like the taste of bubble tea. The place was not clean and the employees unprofessional. I will not return to Labothery and will continue to go to Frank N Tea: it is better and I have always received good service.

A little expensive for a bubble tea but one of the best if you get the combination right. We loved the coffee, matcha, brown sugar and milk with tapioca tea. I love anything matcha so that's a bonus that I have the liberty to mix and experiment.
