I must admit to having been very disappointed with what would be my last experience with the roommates. Although in the past I have been satisfied with my stay, the last one could only be characterized as unsanitary. The drinking water containers had some kind of film from the dirt in the mason jar and one even had a dead fly in it. We informed an employee who gave us clean water in glasses that he had just washed (at least). My partner took advantage of the moment to mention the fact that her French toast was not cooked enough. (Texture of bread soaked in raw egg) but nothing has been done to rectify the situation. So we had to pay for a French toast of which she only ate the edge which seemed quite cooked. A few hours after the meal, I'll spare you the details, but symptoms of what could be food poisoning became apparent.I find it a shame, I love taking advantage of an opportunity to support a local business, but not at the expense of people’s health.
