Above average food, nice and clean.. some younger staff members have lots to learn about customer service. That being said, I remember when I was younger and hopefully its a work in progress. Keep working at it!!

Impossible to get a free glass of water in hot summer days at this restaurent; you need to pay $4 (a bottle) water at this Mcdonald’s location. Impossible d’avoir un simple verre d’eau en pleine canicule d’ete a ce restaurant McDonald’s.

Counted 6minutes with my food out of the heat. When i said ; hey my food is cold, she srugged and left…
I can’t have a small cup for my two ice cream I bought, you have to pay $4??? I had to throw them because I can’t drive with them. Poor service, I don’t know if this is to save money but your customer experience is more important.

J'ai t deux reprises ce McDonald's.Les deux fois ils se sont trompe avec ma commande et en plus ils n'ont pas mis tout les bonne chose (comme me donn 1 poutine la place de 10 croquettes...)

About once in 2 I am told that we do not give a glass of water, we just sell bottles while the other times I was entitled to a glass I am taken for a thick one or do you not want to work backwards?
