Malgré que la nourriture n'est pas si pire, les employées ont l'air traumatisé, aucun sourire, ça rend la visite un peu désagréable. Bref, service à la clientèle nul.

Unpleasant service and waitress on her cell phone. Food too sweet and inedible. Failed chai full of water. Plastic spoon not very practical for our snack. The tips weren't worth it. We are really disappointed. Expensive for what we actually consumed (chai in the trash!)

Nestled on the enchanting Rue du Petit Champlain, this charming café \\\"Mme GiGi\\\" is a hidden gem worth discovering. Run by a warm and friendly couple, it offers a delightful atmosphere that stands out from the pricier dining options in Old Quebec. Despite its simplicity, the café surprises and delights with its delectable food offerings, all at affordable prices. Don't forget to savor their excellent coffee and treat yourself to one of their tempting sweet desserts. Situated in the heart of petite Champlain, this café entices visitors with its exceptional coffee and mouthwatering treats. The standout items, including the irresistible date square and the indulgent mocha cake, set it apart from the competition. The café also boasts an impressive range of gelato flavors, from timeless classics like milk chocolate and dark chocolate to more adventurous choices like mango, coco mint, and coffee. Each scoop offers a burst of delightful flavor. With an unbeatable lunch deal, this café truly shines as a hidden gem in Quebec City. I wanted a gelato in old Quebec city so we stopped there. The gelato was watery and the flavors were good but not that present. We won't go again.

Best Brownie I’ve ever had. Me and a group of friends were out in Old Quebec and we were told we HAD to stop here for a Brownie. I also got a chai tea, which was just as delicious. Definitely recommend if your walking in the area :)

I don’t understand some of these reviews. We had some of the best coffee and dessert here! Stopped in after dinner had gelato, a cake pop, coffee cake and coffee. The coffee cake was seriously the best coffee cake I’ve ever had! Oh my goodness it was delicious! It went perfectly with their coffee. The cake pop was delicious and moist and the kids loved the gelato!

Cheap and amazing food! They're gelato is so good and their almond croissants are soooo good. Crispy, buttery, and light! The workers are so sweet and friendly :)

First of all, the atmosphere was amazing. It seemed like a candy store with all the colors. Next, the lady was very nice to me and my family and gave us our ice creams practically right after we made our order. And last, but definitely not least, the ice cream was amazing. I got raspberry and lemon, and the raspberry reminded me of the ice cream in Poland.

The coffee cake was perfectly made and tasted freshhhh! The coffee was equally delicious and don’t even get me started on the service! Everything about the place is amazing. Can be very busy (but there’s AC) in the summer but definitely a place I would recommend.

The chocolate cake was amazing. Not too sweet and reasonably priced for a tourist spot. Very nice atmosphere but can be very busy during the summer. Overall great place to stop for a quick bite

We visited in April, when the options for ice cream were not plentiful. Many restaurants were shuttered until summer, and it was a real disappointment. So, we were happy to see the lovely gelato selections at Madame Gigi’s. An added bonus was that the restaurant had a lot of the aesthetics of a cafe that one might stumble upon in Europe. It is truly a local shop with an authentic feel. They offer the ability to choose multiple flavors, and you can have a cone or a dish. The gelato was delicious and did not disappoint. The service was quick, and the staff (possibly the owner herself?) was incredibly friendly with an excellent sense of humor.

Heck Master (hecker is awesome)

The food was great and the hot chocolate. It was crammed a bit but overall great
