Mr. Puffs

Great food, good stuff and clean location

My order was to be picked up at 2pm today, but it was cancelled at 1:31pm. I had already planned to leave, but my order was cancelled in less than half an hour.
As consumers, do we have no rights to be protected? My order was cancelled at the last minute.

Pros:
- Taste Delicious
- Can buy in a box (12, 30, 50) or a platter (65 or 130)
- Can eat inside (Lots of room to sit)

Cons:
- Can only pick 2 flavours of puffs
- Drinks taste a little weak in flavour

I love this restaurant, but the problem when I do delivery for Uber or Doordash, it's never ready when I arrive. The employees have in fact confirmed to me that these are the boss's instructions, but I would like to point out that the Mr.Puff of Trois-Rivières are generally prepared in advance and that there was no problem with customers in terms of freshness. Unfortunately, delivery people are not paid on time, so if there is a queue, we generally cancel the order and this causes the customer to delay. I recommend you look at the process again for deliveries.

EDIT: Seeing the owner's response, I'm changing it to 1*, based on his way of approaching things. No respect for his online customers and narrow-minded.

This was our first time ordering from Mr. Puffs. Upon leaving Quebec City to go back the the U.S., we found ourselves looking for more Mr. Puffs locations on our way home. One of the best bites of our trip!

I have tried many smoothies, milk shakes...in Ville de Quebec, Mr Puffs is the best ! My kids like it so much, so many options and the syringes add an extra taste!The staff are welcoming, they were patient because I'm not fluent in French :). The price is very affordable!

The tables should be cleaned more often, I've been there 3-4 times and they are dirty.Good service, although once we forgot my order, but I understand that to err is human :)The young people talk a lot among themselves, there is a bit of a lack of "eye contact" with the customers waiting for their order.
