Sorry for this long review, but my entire experience was beyond disappointing.I went to Quesada on Wilfrid Hamel at 3:20 p.m. today for the first time, and the service was honestly terrible.First, we stood in front of the cash register for at least 5 minutes before being answered. The two employees spent their time guessing the contents of the DoorDash orders that arrived and complaining about the absence of a college.After 5 minutes, we were redirected to the area to take orders, where we were once again ignored by an employee who only complained, without responding to us. When we answered, the employee had the audacity to tell us "sorry there are only two of us, we'll do what we can"The person ordering was commenting on all the orders, especially that of the person after us, when he said "I don't know why people order that, it's just greed, it's too much of food.”When we finally got our orders, it was error-filled and cold due to the wait time. We were so fed up with the service that we just left.Basically, long service, negative and unpleasant employees and poorly made orders.

The food was good like usual but they didn’t have as complete a selection of sauces as usual. The food counter was filthy and the workers seemed unconcerned about hygiene. The tables were dirty. I love Que Sada as a rule but if this was the only one I’d ever been to I’m not sure that I’d go back.

Quesada is my “go to” when I want to eat fast food style food. The burritos are generous and the prices affordable. I've tried all the burritos and I don't have anything negative to say. Friendly and fast services. I highly recommend the chorizo!Vegetarian options: Grilled Vegetable and Tofu Burritos

Very disappointed with our experience. Ordinary service and poor value for money. Meal which is expensive (especially for the cost of the ingredients which is low) and in addition we did not receive the accompanying sauces in our order bag. After an hour's drive, we didn't want to go back to the restaurant to pick them up... we unfortunately don't recommend it, for all these reasons and won't go back there either.
