Terrible service, arrived at 6 p.m. with friends, left at 9:45 p.m., we still hadn't received our orders, if I had ordered an Über eat my meal would have arrived well before this restaurant served me my order, if you are not extremely patient I do not recommend the place.

A lot of waiting to receive your food or drinks (30 minutes today with only a third of the tables filled, 1 hour the last time I was there).

Food that leaves something to be desired.

Lots of staff members for very little service. The waiter didn't know the drink menu.

Really a nice place to hang out with friends for a fun Friday night with table games. The staff is really knowledgeable about all types of games and hobbies so they will surely be able to help you enjoy your time !

Visit during Spring Break with my children. Very good reception and explanations of the games! On the other hand, the food gets bad! The poutines are made with frozen fries it seems, and the cheese curds are not real (it looks like Petit Québec). My son liked his mac and cheese, though. Very slow service getting main dishes. Entrance service within a reasonable time frame. Half of our cheese sticks had no cheese inside, but our server replaced them for us with no problem. We had a lovely evening, but improvement should be made in the quality of the food.

Kid-friendliness: Lovely welcome to the children. I saw that they had at least one high chair.

9$/ person to be there and explore many games, it's not bad! We truly enjoyed tons of small games with the kids that we would never buy and otherwise play. We are glad we did. We were very well greeted and their suggestions of games were great!
The youngest one being 6, we started with quick games. However, when we asked for a more strategic and complex game, because he is kind of used to, they offered a lively game we all enjoyed.
The food was good! We probably would have liked a menu for kids (que expensive).
Their plus is definitely the "potions" and bubble teas.
An expensive night out with the family, but there is nothing else to say, it was great!

Vegetarian options: Veggie chili, daughter loved it.

Kid-friendliness: Great suggestions of games, quick and clear explanations. They are used to.

First and last time in my life, worst service in my life, we spent 45 minutes without anyone coming to see us, plus we waited 1 hour more for 4 glasses and a tiny bowl of candy and we got nothing in return for all this waiting for no reason because the waiters were going around in circles. I strongly advise against this place which unfortunately could be better with better staff.... ps: go for revenge for a better experience

Second time at the place again very disappointed and unhappy, I will not go back a third time. Worst service I have ever received, the service was very slow and an excuse without any compensation. 45 minutes before someone came to our table, then 1 hour to receive 4 cocktails and another 50 minutes to receive our bill after asking for it. Without forgetting the multiple errors in our orders. Employee management needs to be reviewed, because customer service is pitiful. Finally, following our very basic requests we were told that the system did not allow us to see if this was true. In short, I do not recommend the place and encourage going to La Revanche for a better experience.

A great time spent! With the added bonus of being able to buy the games you have played.
The food is excellent too.

I'm only leaving 1 star, I've always heard good things about Randolph and I don't understand why after my visit this Saturday evening, February 22. The service was lousy, zero. When we arrived, no one offered us water or other drinks. And what about our “host” who always ran away when we asked her a question, she responded very stupidly to my niece who simply asked her for water to go get it herself at the counter. Hey, he's an 8 year old, you never said we had to get our own water and you could have been polite.

The waitress was stupid, but stupid. My mother-in-law waited 45 minutes for that poutine, everyone in our group received orders that they didn't even have to place (which we had to pay for, of course), some received their lunch twice (like one of the children received two poutines, he had ordered just one), when you try to stop the waitress to ask her for a coke she just ignores you and does nothing.

At the end when we were ready to leave, we actually mentioned to our waitress to get the bills, she went to hide at the counter at the other end of the restaurant (from where we were we couldn't see the counter), after 20 minutes we went to see her to find out why no one came to see us to pay and they responded very stupidly (she rolled her eyes, long live respect for others) that we have to queue up below the steps, you weren't tempted to tell us at the beginning of ciborium?

In short, it was my first and last time with you, one of the worst experiences in a restaurant of my life, the next time I will go to La Revanche, having already been there, apart from the parking lot, everything is better.

We went there to play and eat.
The service for the games is great, the people are nice and knowledgeable. Nothing to complain about there.

On the other hand, the food is horrible.
Onion soup that has no taste, hazelnut fritters as hard and dry as small rocks.
Very expensive for the portions.
The cheese on the poutine is close to being good, and the fries are hard and taste old.

The waitress wasn't super friendly, as if she didn't like her job or the people.

If you go there, don't eat there!
The bubble teas are good!

The kitchen leaves something to be desired... The onion soup leaves something to be desired, I have never hated a soup like that.. The service is long, we waited 45 minutes and the restaurant was not full. No one came to us to order we had to ask someone ourselves. Otherwise the animators 10/10.
I strongly advise against onion soup.
