Very disappointed. Never order the fish and chips, unless you just want batter thick and hard - there may have been fish inside.

It says it was opened, but it wasn't. Nor did the employee at the desk said so. It could have been more clear like informing us when it reopens.

We went for lunch during the week. No music, total silence. The eggs benedict were very good but cold. We were never able to tell our waitress (Carole D.) she never came to see us to find out if it was to our liking. No coffee stove. When she came to see us, we had finished for a while, at which point she asked us for 1 or 2 bills and if we wanted coffee. So too late!

Family trip in August 2024.
An endless wait for 2 children's dishes, a salad and an adult dish.
And taste-wise it wasn't much better.
The service was really not up to par.
We had our accommodation in the hotel which was nice, with the indoor pool.

The place itself is super beautiful, a beautiful restaurant in a hotel. Well, the food was really not great: For my children, a burnt waffle each with more or less fresh fruit, for the adults, LARGE piece of laundry string to wipe the plates sprinkled on eggs benedict, 3 cheese omelette with eggs not really cooked and hot chocolate, which didn't taste like chocolate AT ALL, I had to add milk to try to get a taste of something. Dinners look better...

I give one star. For what?

I have a nice big piece of laundry twine to clean the dishes.
The portion is tiny compared to competitors.
The food is worse than the competitors.
One side of the children's waffles was burnt.

The service is present however and the atmosphere is great. But if your goal is to eat your fill at lunch. There is much better.

We looked for a restaurant near our hotel and Les Palmes appeared, a great success. From the friendliness of the staff to the quality of the dishes and the atmosphere of the place, it was a very pleasant dinner. Varied menu and competitive prices.

Totally recommended, the food was to die for and the service is first class. I recommend the seafood pasta with scallops and the salmon with vegetables, everything is delicious. A place to repeat.

Very good service, pleasant and friendly. The food is also very good, with generous portions!

As for the atmosphere, it's quite special. Personally, I find the whole thing very kitsch and cheesy. Near a hotel swimming pool. BUT, it made me laugh, and that’s a good thing!

The quality was fine but I don't think they can be asking the customers for a certain amount of tip when theres an option for custom tip!!! That was very unprofessional in my opinion!

A good place for a good meal.
The service is very good, thanks to our server who was very attentive!
We had a plate of Prime Rib, their signature dish. It was good but unfortunately, it was not cooked "medium-rare", a little overcooked but good to eat. It's their signature dish so it would be nice if it was perfect.
My girlfriend took the Club Sandwich which was too dry, it seemed to have been left in the warmer for too long.

Despite these shortcomings, it was good and we recommend this place.
