Restaurant Normandin Fleur de Lys

Normandin in Fleur de Lys was the first Normandin I ever visited over 15 years ago, and it’s still a go-to spot. Whether for a quick bite, breakfast, or their pizza, it never disappoints. The place is always clean and welcoming with great hospitality. I haven’t tried their frozen food yet, but I’m sure it’s just as good.

Price increase on several items, Demand without mushrooms and that happens with it, the food was good despite everything. Ok atmosphere.

I would like to give special praise to our waitress this afternoon. Fannie was able to provide more than exemplary service in her humanism and warm service. With my ASD, I have a lot of difficulty with the change and the brunch plate the strawberry compote was changed for the blueberry one but Fannie brought me one with strawberry and it added sparkle to my meal. Thank you very much for this wonderful service even though there were a lot of people there, it was a pleasure. Thanks to the kitchen also it was delicious

We went there on Sunday March 2, around 5:30 p.m.
Several waitresses on the floor, the restaurant was not busy. The service was slow and rarely seen. The nachos ordered had no salsa, were salty as if salt had been added. There was no chocolate milk left for children and there was no coconut pie left.
Too bad, because the Normandin chain (elsewhere!) is still very good for a family restaurant. This restaurant in Fleur de lys: never again!

Samedi le 15 Février 2025 déjeuner pour la fête de la marraine de mon gars. On était 14 incluant les grandparents du coté de ma blonde (87 et 81 ans) On avait des poils dans nos assiettes!!! Sur les 14, 11 ont été malade malades malade!!! J’écris ça aujourd’hui le 20 Février pis on est encore magané ( intoxication alimentaire) assez solide. Dernière fois je mets les pieds là!!!
