I know it's weird to go to Poutainvill and not order poutine, but I'd already eaten a lot of poutone as we visited QC and wanted something different. Philly sandwich was great, chicken salad was ok. Two other family members had some poutine and really enjoyed it. Nice laid back diner to get some food at. Cheers!
We came here in April 2025 when my son was wanting a poutine.
Initially, I didn't think the menu would be much but I was so surprised to see such an extensive menu. We ended up ordering a big poutine and some drinks.
The flavour, fries, cheese, everything was better than expected.
Definitely try out Poutineville next time you're in Quebec City.

The selection of dishes was first rate. If you love poutine this is a great choice. The service was perfect.
The seating and environment was serviceable, if uncomfortable.
Try the French Poutine! Outstanding. Dishes are large. Be hungry or order to share.
