On a cold bitter day, it was good to come inside and drink hot coffee, which is what we did. We did not want to go back outside so maybe we stayed a little too long, but no one bothered us.

Very convenient for coffee fix , great place to grab a muffin or all day breakfast and lunch . lot cheaper them the hotel restaurant . friendly and helpful staff , there is a lovely big room to sit and relax !

Very predictable Starbucks when you want a good Tea or Coffee and perhaps a delicious pastry! Accessible from the Street in the Fairmount Chateau Frontenac, or from inside the hotel on the lower level.

Extremely popular coffee store on the lover level of the big hotel. It attracts lots of people who want an inexpensive cafe in the glamorous big hotel. OK coffee.

This is one of the only locations we could find in the area that was suitable for a quick take out breakfast. The staff was friendly despite being incredibly busy and everyone made sure that orders were served in a timely fashion.

This Starbucks accessible from outside the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac has great ambiance and the coffee and extras that always draws us to Starbucks. If you are going to go to one U.S. chain while in Quebec City, make it this Starbucks.
This one is at least 40% higher priced for everything in store if comparing with other Starbucks stores. I guess it's for the prime tourists location

Slower than molasses in January, YOU CANNOT ORDER AHEAD WITH THE APP...WHY?????.. and extra overpriced....a FULL THIRD MORE than what I pay at my Starbucks London, Ontario. Argggggh...great location but why bother putting funds on a card in advance to use when you pay so much for crappy service and insanely over-over-priced coffee and baked goods. SKIP IT AND FIND A LOCAL CAFE AND SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES!!!!

Right on bottom level. Adjacent to Frontenac Hotel. Large, well stocked. Friendly staff. Definitely an add on in value if you are a Starbucks fan.
