Not terrible, but as someone that worked 2.5 years at Subways, definetly belliw average. Three emplyees and still slow, quantities of of meat and cheese beliw the recommanded mesure... sauce was emoty and didn't bother refill. No napkins in bag. Could be better with a bit management

Terrible service

Subway very nice big menu vary or make it yourself the view of Subway is very sad, there is nothing to see apart from the buses which pass every minute

Wow. What nonchalance....What unpleasantness....served by Madame "I don't want to work" run away. Coming from France I wanted to try a "fast food" well we're going to stick to traditional restaurants that honor the coat of arms of Quebec. Never again.

Employees need training. They should have someone to support them because the customer service is terrible. Even the way meals are prepared is wrong.

You put way too much sauce!!!We can say “just a little bit”You bathe it, it pisses everywhere...I've been there 2-3 times now and it's STILL like this.

4 em visit and still not had a hello a good day the worst customer service in Quebec City in my opinion. Not to mention healthiness. the staff doesn't even wear new gloves between brooming and making sandwiches. The garnishes (vegetable bin) are always empty and bathed in their juices... the counter is dirty the station for making sandwiches also the trash cans are overflowing in short nothing is going well at this restaurant

➕ Correct if you are wrong➖ It's disgusting, it stinks, the service is atrocious, etc.Who would have thought that a major franchise like Subway would ever accept employees on drugs and in pajamas? Dirty floors, toilets that don't work, broken machines?The employees now weigh the food to make sure they don't give us too much meat, but then garoche it all into the saddest sandwich ever.There were times when I thought about leavingHowever, I would like to thank an employee (who is, I believe, the floor manager) for her good work.

Catastrophic. We just got out of the subway. Disgusting place, extremely weak staff. We even wondered if they were on drugs. Absolutely avoid. There are no adults to supervise in this
