Sushi Shop

I often order online for pickup and it's never ready even if we arrive 15-20 minutes after pickup time. In addition, the quality/freshness of the sushi is very average. We ordered tuna tartar bites and received cubes of tuna without sauce. Very poor value for money

I would like to inform you of a frustrating situation that occurred during an order placed with you on the evening of December 29. I ordered food for 3 people, including my two children, via Uber Eats, for a total of $70 (including tax and service. After waiting almost an hour, I received a Poké Bowl for four people, under the pretext that there were no more platforms available.

This is a complete lack of judgment. If you no longer have the products necessary to prepare an order, it would have been preferable to contact me in order to find a suitable solution. Delivering a single Poké Bowl for an order intended to feed multiple people is unacceptable.

I am very disappointed with the service and the response received that evening, which does not at all reflect the standards I expected from you

I ordered there and it was prepared quickly. The employee was alone and told me that his manager knew he was the best, hence why he was alone until 4 p.m. He even told me that his colleague would never be able to do it and showed me his cut finger while explaining to me that he is the one who does all the demanding tasks because his colleague is too small. Quite frankly, belittling a colleague in front of a client is blah. And, bragging about being the best but the sushi was tiny, barely held together. So disappointing! No chance of me coming back. I'll spend my money elsewhere.

After more than three attempts to have a meal that meets the standards of other Sushi Shops, we have to admit that the one in Beauport will no longer be a place where we will go to buy a meal. Tonight, my chicken-mango poke contained chicken that wasn't cooked enough in addition to dark avocados... So I ate crispy rice as a $20 meal.

Not to mention the other times which were also not successful.

I definitely don't recommend this branch.

I went on a Friday, I waited 1 hour for my order to take away, it wasn't great, I couldn't return it, the rice was all stuck in bread, the salmon was terrible and a lot of sauce was too expensive.... Seu at the metro his best

I ordered on Uber Eats this evening at 7 p.m. for 50 chef’s choice sushis and we were really disappointed! We were treated to about 4 different kinds so 1 (of 8 pieces of just cucumber) I don't recommend and we are disappointed with the quality of the $110 of sushi that we paid this evening!
