Doesn't respect the order time, lack of ingredients, very slow server and doesn't understand French. I had to wait more than 30 minutes on site when the order was supposed to be ready when I arrived. In addition, he made another customer come through before completing our order. And since we had already paid and he didn't have the ingredients for one of our dishes, I had to insist to get other things otherwise he wanted me to have a starter (seaweed or squid) which I didn't want. Really disappointed!

When I go there it's for a Bubble tea, since September I've managed to get one about 3 times and 5 times I've been told "we have a lot of orders to make, sorry". Today there are two of them but I was treated to the same refrain.
Order made several hours in advance. We arrive a little early to make sure our fries are hot... the guy, after a few minutes comes towards us with his headphones on, we ask for our order and he gives us a cold fries... I point out to him (difficult because he still has his headphones on) and he confirms that it's cold that it's been on the counter for about ten minutes as if it were completely normal!?! We had to wait a really long time (30 minutes) for him to make several other orders so that he finally made ours again… and finally served it to us lukewarm.
I bought a large bubble tea, it was the first time that there were so many bubbles in my drink. However, the service was long. But since there was a lot of bubble, it wasn't so serious. One of the best bubble teas I have tasted.
Edit: I went back recently and I asked for two extra bubbles in my drink and the gentleman gave me a small cup with the bubbles in it… (I found a new bubble tea place so well I won't come back there )

This is the 3rd time I've ordered from this place. The first two times I was disappointed (no avocado, dry and mango in pieces rather than rolled). However this Wednesday evening, it was delicious and fresh. The sushi was well made.
The person at the counter didn't know how to register the loyalty card, but with a little help she managed. Thank you for the service on December 20!
